2003 Board/Committee Meeting

The Fall Board/Committee Meeting was held at Mortimer Kegley’s in Jefferson City, MO. Jerry Biuso was welcomed as the new National LICA Executive Director. He was introducing his “Just One” membership drive to the Board and Committee members.
