2019 Strategic Planning

The Strategic Planning Task Force met for the second time on November 2 & 3, 2018 at the Stoney Creek Hotel in Columbia, MO to complete the development of a plan for the future of Missouri LICA. As a part of that session, we developed a new Motto and Mission Statement, a plan to enhance member participation, and a scheduled review of our Bylaws and Policies & Procedures. Once again, we want to thank Amber Bosma with Prins Insurance who helped guide us through the process.

The Missouri LICA Motto: “Improving our water quality and conserving our lands for future generations.”

The Missouri LICA Mission Statement: Missouri LICA is an organization of contractors that have a passion for the cause of giving back to the land. We have the ability and resources to educate our members through the networking of professional educators and industry experts.
