Our members' Board Representatives really "earned their pay" at the October, 2003 Board of Directors Meeting! With the guidance of the National LICA Public Relations Director, Jerry Biuso, the Board designed the "Just One" Membership Drive for the 2003-2004 Membership Year. Included in these plans was the commitment by each Board Member to sign up one new contractor member, the 2004 MLICA Backhoe Rodeo Competition, and the 2004 Winter Convention promotion. The "Just One" Membership Drive has been a success with 22 new contractors joining the MLICA family!
